DEKO Tile

I did not receive my express delivery when I needed it due to someone at Deko not completing the manifest/tracking information for UPS
I messaged Deko and told them I have an emergency and needed a few more square feet to complete my project, and needed this product in the morning the next day
I paid $for expedited overnight shipment, and sent another message asking Deko to change the shipping info so I can pick up the order from the UPS disrabution center
20hrs later, after several phone calls with UPS, I was told that as the recipient I could not change the shipping info because Deko did not complete the manifest/billing information
To reiterate, because someone at Deko did not upload the proper information to UPS, neither UPS nor I could edit the delivery options
I was up all night with UPS and ready to go to the distribution center at 8am to pick up this emergency delivery, but was not able to because of the innificancy of Deko tile
