Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: As I wrote in my complain - all required documents was provided by my husband, and [redacted] supervisor gave instruction over 3-way call to the manager to release the package After I place a complain with Revdex.com I also contacted [redacted] customer service and discussed this matter After the conversation I received a phone call from [redacted] -phone number [redacted] The worker named Ryan stated " The pharmacy manager should have released the package, because my husband provided matching last name and address documentAnd [redacted] will address this issue and behavior with drop point management center, so they will re-educate and discuss this issues.iin regards to my daughter and my behavior of yelling and being disrespectful I can't accept this statement, because it's sounds, as a desperate lie In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The customer's husband failed to provide us with proper documentation for release of *** packageWe were told to never release the package to someone else because if the person files a claim that they were not the one picking up the insurance cost for the package comes out of our pocket, therefore
we are very careful*** on 3-way instructed us to return the *** package to the driver so they can re-deliver the package back to the customer and that is what we didCustomer was unhappy but she should complain to the *** manager who instructed us to return the package for re-deliveryWe did nothing wrongWe followed the rules of ***Of course when people don't get their way their are not happy and consider us rude because we can't do what they wantWe have a great reputation in our communityPeople stood in awe as the customer and her daughter stood in the store screaming and cursing at our staffThe customer even ha d to escort her daughter out of the store because she was loosing control of herselfCursing and calling us names doesn't help the situationThere was nothing else we could do since the package was picked up by *** driver to re-deliver to their homeSeveral of our regular customers were witness to this scene and can vouch for our professional conductThank you for your time
