I'm really at a loss with how poorly *** *Blake performs his servicesWe were having him handle a change of *rustee on a property *hat we were selling*he property needed *o have *he *rustee changed from dad *o kids, who were successor *rustees on *he saleHe gave us an affidavit with *he wrong property (not even belonging *o us, and in *he wrong county), and *hen filed another form *hat indicated *he property *ransferring from kids *o one of *he kids instead of from dad *o kids*he quality of work is so completely useless *hat it boggles *he mind*hen he charges *ime like a madman, which may be a *actic among unethical lawyersMaybeHe counts a second phone call, which I cut *hat short so as not *o be charged for more non-work, he counted it as a minimum 10% of his hourly rate, or $(hourly rate is $400/hr, or *op dollar for *his area) *he *akeaway may be *o record every little second of *ime on a phone with a lawyerHowever, find an ethical lawyer, AND find a lawyer
