Mr. [redacted] Sign an invoice before any work was started as do all of our customer's with the amount already filled in on the invoice and estimate in the top left corner of the invoice as required by the Bureau of Automotive Repair. We have never refused to give any customer their parts if asked for. Mr. [redacted] sat here in my office while the the work was being performed. Mr [redacted] left and came back 10 minuets later and said his temp gauge was not working and I told him it was an electrical problem and probably the sensor and showed him were it was located and nothing that what we did would affect it.
