Review: [redacted] and [redacted] put in a full cash offer on our home that is currently listed as a short sale. We accepted the offer as it was portrayed to my husband, [redacted], as [redacted] buying the home for her family. She asked if her contractor, [redacted] could view the home before she put an offer in and we abliged. They proceeded to state they were interested and they offered $388,000 asking price as well as $10,000 to cover a lein placed on the home. Thier offer was accepted and then it turned into delays, first they submitted the paperwork in a nick name, [redacted] was not the contractor but the buyer and also a realtor, owner of del cerro realty group, [redacted] acted as his agent. on 3/27/13, Mr. [redacted] illegally entered the home to provide an inspection with and inspector. They then proceeded to ask for a $35,000 price reduction stating there was a cracked slab. There is not and never has been a cracked slab. No proof exists of this. The bank declined the reduction as there was no basis for this. We had an approval and a closing date of 4/19/13. On 4/18/13 they pulled out of the deal and now I have to star the process over and hope the banks does not forclose. They acted in a fradulent mannor and decieved us into accepting thier offer when there was other real offers on the table. This practice is decietful and causing real buyer with conventional loans to have a hard time purchasing a home.Desired Settlement: I desire the firm, Del Cerro Realty Group, [redacted] and [redacted] to be honest in their practices, not fruadulently try to obtain properties from unsuspecting homeowners who are in delicate situations. They have misled my family and put my home at risk with no regard and I do not want to see this happen to others.
