I do not recommend this company They do not stand behind their warranty, and they are rude when you call to ask them to replace a NEW window that has broken already My mother-in-law rapped on the window with the middle knuckle of her middle finger This window, which was not even two years old, instantly broke from top to bottom and even cut her finger The business accused her of hitting it with a ring, and of hitting it too hard Seriously!?!? I've had tree limbs hit windows with a thud and not crack them The company just kept telling me it was a standard piece of glass Okay, so what? It was also defective
They were very helpful and prompt Did a great job in a timely manner They were referred to me from a friend The home is years old and windows that needed replaced, they went out measured and had the windows replaced in less than weeks Extremely professional and nice I would recommend them again

Precision Windows does not back up their 10-year warranty as sold and advertised
Approximately years ago, I hired Precision Windows to replace the vast majority of the windows at my house When sold, they told me that they provide a 10-year warranty for a blown window (lost seal) Their invoice has the following language at the bottom: "year warranty on seal failure"
Last week, I contacted Precision Windows about seven windows that had lost their seal I was informed that the 10-year warranty was voided because a window tint was added I found this very concerning as they never informed me of any exclusions to their warranty, which was a very simple statement of 10-years Per Shelley at Precision, there is no other document that explains exclusions from their warranty, nor was I given any other document
Shelley insinuated that I should have known that adding tint would void the warranty She also said I should get the tinting company to cover the cost I con

Last night, my year old mother-in-law used the middle knuckle of the middle finger to rap on the window to get the kids attention in the back yard It broke immediately and cracked from top to bottom, also cutting my mother in law I called the company today and spoke to Kelly to get the pane replaced Kelly said she had to have knocked too hard, and asked if she had a ring on She didn't Kelly proceeded to explain that it was a standard window (not sure why that matters) I asked her to replace the broken pane and she stated I would have to pay another $ This window has not opened properly since it was installed (I found that out Sunday...it's in my mother-in-law's room not mine), and now it's broken I just want it fixed, immediately, without further expense
