A very Friendly staff however they are not efficient at all. I have to constantly call for updates for invisiline trays. I have waited 3 months this is unacceptable. After the first 6 weeks I was told they needed me for a rescan that they "tried" calling,was told it would take 3 more weeks. 5 weeks later I called for my trays that did come in and yet I was not notified at all! Not military friendly, horrible communication skills.
