This place is awful. I was yelled at, threatened & told by my creditor that they'd "rather I go to jail" than to send me an e-mail with the total amount owed, so I could go the bank & withdrawal it. "[redacted]" was awful & needs to be fired. I tried to be cooperative & pay my debt & she was anything but helpful. She even told me to shut up & yelled over me.
