Del Mar Glass Inc

Review: Del Mar Glass services picked up two very large mirrors, was to hold them in their warehouse for a few days then deliver them to a new location. The location that the mirrors were located when Del Mar Glass picked the mirrors up was in the same complex that Del Mar Glasses office and warehouse is located: [redacted]. My mirrors were picked up by employee [redacted] ( [redacted])(last name spelling is not certain) on or about January 15th 2014.

One of the two mirrors was delivered to the new location on February 4th, 2014 Invoice #[redacted] which was paid in full by cash to employee [redacted] with other employee named [redacted] a witness to passing of cash to and accepting of cash by [redacted]. The payment reflected the total amount for delivery of both mirrors and was verbally confirmed by [redacted] at the time or delivery as well as employee [redacted] witnessing this discussion as the invoice was given in exchange for cash to [redacted] when cash was handed directly to [redacted] in [redacted] presence.

To date, November 17th, 2014 the second mirror has not been delivered. I have made endless attempts via phone, voicemail messages and drop bys to the office/warehouse to inquire when the 2nd mirror will be delivered. Up to a August of 2014 I was given the run around as in being asked when would be convenient for delivery to have each and every day & time not honored. Most recent since August my calls have been hung up on. No voicemail messages left after hours returned. I finally spoke live with [redacted] on October 14th and was told that [redacted], the owner had the 2nd mirror. I asked why he has no right to have my mirror. He said you are right. I said then that being true can I count on having my mirror delivered in the near. [redacted] said yes. I stated that I will take legal action if necessary if Del Mar Glass didn’t return my mirror within a reasonable time as to the near future & if this endless pursuit persisted I would seek lDesired Settlement: Deliver the 2nd mirror of two they have not yet delivered.
