DEL MONTE SLICED PINEAPPLES IS NOT YET RIPE WHEN PUT IN CANS DO NOT BUY
The Del Monte slice pineapple in can I bought is awful and waste of money. The sliced pineapple is not yet ripe when it was put into production and put in the can. It is hard to chew it even when you use a kitchen knife it is very touch to cut. The color of the pineapple are pale white not golden yellow and the pineapple does not have the sweet taste of sugar. Maybe management should consider reviewing the harvested crop of pineapples and separate the ones that are not ripe yet and let these ripened up first before putting these into production and canned them. Believe me DOLE CORPORATION YOU WILL LOST MORE IF YOU KEEP DOING THIS BECAUSE BUYER/CONSUMER WILLNOT BUY THESE PRODUCT OF YOURS ANYMORE. RQM 5/25/2021

Pineapple chunks
I have tried multiple cans of Del Monte pineapple chunks with the same result on each can. This product originates in the Philippines. They are barely edible. I don’t know if it is from poor quality pineapple, harvest before they are ripe or maybe the center heart of the pineapple which is like eating wood pulp. They are off my list as a product to buy.

Review: I found a "worm like" creature in my tuna and went online to the Starkist FB page and posted a picture of the disgusting thing and asked to find out what it is. They gave me a phone number that I can not call as I am a service member currently serving overseas. I responded with that information and they told me to fill out a form (no specifics) on their website and sorry for the inconvenience. I tried the contact button on their site and it would not allow me to get to the page (which I also posted in the comments) And after over a day there has been ZERO response to assist me in resolving this matter. They also deleted my original post and I had to post in their ratings section in order to get a response. It is very frustrating since I am currently overseas, but the quality of the product should remain the same for troops abroad since they are purchased from stateside vendors and flown overseas.Desired Settlement: I would like to know what the creature is...
