RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [This isnt true because the representative told me they couldnt get in contact with the landlord and so its impossible that the apartments were rented out. also how can I contact the business if both my phone numbers were blocked. this business isnt real. and I also didnt recieve the service covered by the 50 dollars. no one had ever contacted me and I had to beg plenty of times to receive an email with my supposed Id number. the guy lied and said the system was down or something along those lines and he never sent the email. I didn't get any service for the 50 dollars. instead I was disrespected by the representative who hung up twice in my face and my number is blocked. why would I continue to pay a company who blocked my number this isn't professional nor is it acceptable ] In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above. We are not sure what this customer is complaining about but according to our records this customer submitted a rental application into us that was approved. We informed the customer that she was placed on the call back list for the apartment that she was interested in. The customer was
also informed that in order to ensure fairness, that they will be called in the order in which their application was received by us. However it seems that the apartment that she was interested in was rented before we could get to her name on the list but she was informed that we have brand new apartments available and she is welcome to re-apply in order to be considered for these brand new rentals. The Rea Estate market in NYC is very competitive so apartments are rented out fast. So we always try to have fresh new listings available to enable us to help as many people as possible. So we welcome the customer to get in touch with us directly so that we can continue to try to assist her to the best of our ability Thank You

This customer had previously submitted a rental application with us.  Everything is fine with this customer since the previous application that they submitted into us was approved and they were placed on the call back list for the apartments that we had available at that time.  Due to high...

demand, unfortunately all of the previous apartments that we had available at that time were all rented before we had a chance to get to this customer on the call back list.  But do not worry as this customer is eligible to re-apply with us.  We usually get brand new and affordable apartments listed on our website on a regular basis. the previous $50 fee that this customer submitted was only used to cover the cost of processing their application for our pre-screening process.  Since this service has already been provided to the customer, we are unable to issue a refund for services that have already been rendered.  We always work hard to do our best to help as many our customers as possible and we urge this customer to email us so that we may work directly with them in order to resolve any issues and misunderstandings.  Thank You.
