Hello, Thank you for taking the time to address my complaintAs a consumer, I understand the phrase "buyer beware"; however, in this case it is blatant fraud that occurredPlease look at the attached documents, the seller's ebay ad-which fraudulently advertises that the engine was a 10/and brakes, a 9/10-this is absolutely NOT the case-and "Best" motors, llc should've known this upon inspection and listing the vehicle for saleI also understand "as-is" however, this is not relevent due to the fact that the seller did NOT disclose these issues with the vehicleI want other consumers to know that if they deal with this business, they should expect dealing with people who give used car dealers a bad namePlease see all attached documentation Kindest regards, ***

This is in response to your claim .this vehicle was purchased on the 16th of July with full disclosure that this vehicle was SOLD strictly “AS-IS” with accompanying documentation with signatures, as well as being in formed verbally of the same abp="354">Included with this response is the documentaion that they signed best motors llc

Hi . We sold a vehicle to *** *** Title transferred to his nameAnd car is in his nameAnd the vehicle is in his possession He have a bill of saleHe lost itSo he asked for another one we inform him we have to get it from the BMV so we are in the process
acquiring the bill of sale from the DMV we are in the process should be there today monday Or early next week
