Del Oro water company is operating a scam here's how it worksIt starts out by them not sending you a bill which they have done two months in a row but managed to send a 10-day shut-off notice both monthsOn their website it states that they will take as long as days to process any payments made on lineSo I made the paymentNext I got a 48-hour shut-off notice saying they've never received the payment I made onlineWhich leads to a shut off a payment to shut it off another payment to turn it back on and possibly a downpayment to get your services restoredI've made payments online to China in the payments get processed in two daysOnce I made a payment in a timely manner it makes no difference how long they take to process it is when they show up to have my water shut off I've got something for them and it's not a paymentI need water to live here and anybody that shows up here to shut my water off after I've made a payment because their inability to do any type of efficient bookkeeping means are going to threaten my existence by turning off my life supplying supply of water that is something that people protect feel free to call me up anytime phone number *** but I suggest somebody out here gets ahold of this situationAnd it starts out by Del Oro water company not sending a bill in the first place so they get rewarded by in action that's got to stop because I find it odd that for two months I didn't receive a bill those same two months I received a 10-day notice that's not a coincidence don't kid yourself these Jokers need to be put in their place before somebody like me doesHave a nice day and I pray that you call me thank youAnd it is also a monopoly no accountability
