I am rejecting this response because: all the words that he said is not truth, I expect to buy good transmission but mechanic said  transmission already bad before they  install.

[redacted]To Whom it May Concern We sold a transmission to [redacted] on 11/22/2016 for the price of $550.00. It was a transmission that was not only thoroughly check it also came out of a running and driving vehicle....

Few days had passed and we received a phone call from [redacted] demanding there money be returned to them immediately and that the part we had given them was defective. We told him there was no way it could be defective he rudely disagreed We told him bring in the transmission and ask your mechanic what the was the issue with it. According to his so called mechanic the torque converter would not spin because the pump was defective, when the transmission was brought in we spun the torque converter in front of the customer showing him nothing was wrong but regardless he insisted it was bad we in fact replaced the pump free of charge to satisfy the customer. After all that was resolved we called [redacted] and told them to come pick up the transmission. Shortly after that [redacted] called me upset, and furiously accused us of selling him a 4x2 transmission instead of a 4x4 according to his mechanic. To resolve that issue he brought the transmission back and had his mechanic bring a measuring tape to measure the shaft. It is common knowledge that 4x4 has a shorter shaft if his mechanic doesnt know how a 4x4 transmission should look how is he expected to be able to install one. When he came back the second time with the complaint about the pump I showed him the transmission filter no metal shavings nothing clean as can be there was no issue with transmission his mechanic failed to install it correctly and you could smell the transmission fluid burned. That void all the warranty.

we gave him perfectly working transmission and his mechanic or whoever did not installed it correctly resulting burned the transmission.I was trying to help the customer anyway but not after he called me and use all the profanity word he knew iam done with him I will not refund any money to him because I gave him 100% working transmission the vehicle it came out of we test drove it thanks,

We disagree, he lied to us. He promised us that he would get another transmission in three days to one week. Three weeks later, we called him and asked him what happened to the transmission. He said that he couldn’t find a transmission because it was too expensive, so we asked for our money back. He said no and he told us to go buy a new transmission and he would install it for free, we never agreed to do that. We didn’t want any more trouble, so we told him to just give us our money back. Now he is claiming that we ruined the transmission. From the very first time we picked up the transmission and gave to a mechanic [redacted] (license number is #[redacted]), they refused to install it because they found something broken behind the torque converter inside the transmission. We brought the transmission back to Del Paso Auto Dismantlers to get our money back because we were sold a bad transmission. The owner of Del Paso Auto Dismantlers told us that he could fix it but the parts that he used to fix his transmission was our bad transmission parts. They took the front part of our transmission and put it on his transmission. I knew this was a bad sign already but I had no choice and we had to take back the transmission to have [redacted] install it. Now, it cost us a total of $1133.52. If he refunded us the money from the very first time, there wouldn’t have been a problem.
