*** *** We had trouble with the build from the very beginning starting with the foundation you can see attached photosWe continued to allow the builder to build the house knowing that there could be structural damageWe later found out that the house was built to close to the property line, wiring issue, shower size and tiles not correct dimensions and colors per contract, light not added to entry bathroom, etc. We had communication problems with our realtor with ***We understand that when building a home there will be oversights but the builder refused to talk with us and the realtor could not answer how these major problems were going to be fixedWe were scheduled to meet with a rep from ** and our realtor to address the major concerns but received an email from *** that they couldn't build a house to meet our satisfactionThey asked us to sign a release of contractWe never asked to be out of the contract, we wanted the home but the lack of communication and unprofessionalism was unacceptable with both ** and McAlisterAfter the release form was signed we later received a phone call from another realtor with McAlister to still purchase the home, but we would no longer be in contract and would have to buy the house as is

This complaint comes from lot ** ** *** *** - they were under contract with ** *** to purchase - as with most builds there were a few oversites -- for the most part ** took care of the oversites -- but it seems the buyers were just not happy with the build and ** ***
offered them a release of contract and the buyers said yes that is what we want - they came into our office signed the release of contract ( I can provide if you need a copy ) and was given their earnest money back - at that point I thought this was over - these buyers complained from the beginning up until they signed the release of contract - they say we are unethical , please feel free to tell them how many complaints you have had against *** *** in pass years ! We are sorry this build did not work out but we have learned you cannot please everyoneThis house is almost complete and we already have another interested buyer - as I mentioned a release of contract was signed the earnest money was given back and they have cashed the check !
