***: we are in the process of moving the location of our shipping and customer service department, our telephone system has been down or having issues, and some of our key people have been out sick. We failed to plan ahead for these contingencies and unfortunately Mr*** was caught in the middle. We see that the parts that were shipped to Mr*** have been returned to us and we issued a full refund for the entire order amountWe would like to thank Mr*** for bringing this issue to our attention. Customer called to report missing part and was notified over the phone that a shortage/misshipped part dispute would be filed with Our provider Polaris, and we would ship out the cap missing to him as soon as we received the part. Part was shipped out to him when received at no shipping cost to him. He was also notified to his email when the part was shipped out to him and we apologized for the delay.
