I am rejecting this response because: I was pressured to sign my name on all paperwork as it took me hours to do just that. I would pick up the pen to sign, then lay it down, with everyone telling me, this is a great carhours, that process should have taken minutes at the most, but HOURS!! At 9PM and one hour to drive home, I wanted out of the dealership, I was frustrated, tired and wanted to go home. If I had thought to take my old vehicle back, I would havetrust me. I told my *** I could not sleep over the deal, his response, I am sorry...You got a good deal, when I spoke with his *** ***,his response was I can do nothing. I finally wrote a letter to Mr*** and dealt with your *** *** for two months, then no response. All of this tells me that Davis Chevrolet had no intention of correcting this dealI never should have driven off the lot with this car, but I did and what I find is that *** is only interested in making a sale at what ever the costAll the staff singing the praises of integrity, they no nothing of integrity or this would have been corrected months ago. I am a single ***, a *** *** and was there alone. I was like captive prey. Nothing has been done to correct the situation. I am maintaining the car with oil changes and tire rotationsNO THIS IS NOT RESOLVED

Received call from Business, they stated that the customer did bring the car back for repairs, the car is still in the business' possession and they are working on repairs The business stated that he will call me and let me know when repairs are completed

All tag and title work has been completed with the state of ***A renewal of the registration would cost approximately $additional. Customer was refunded $difference between tag work charge and funds collected

There was no open recall campaign at the time of purchase in June of 2014. The [redacted] airbag recall that was announced afterwards has been completed as of 11/30/2016. The dealership would be more than happy to speak with Ms. [redacted] regarding her trade in options. We have left multiple phone...

messages and have not received a return call.Any assistance requested by consumers because of the airbag recalls have been forwarded to the Factory representatives. It is also best if the consumers contact them directly also.Please let me know if we can be of any more assistance. [redacted]
