Hi this is Cesar Q [redacted] owner of Del sol Concrete , I am responding regarding [redacted] complain on west 59th pl [redacted] did callme about days ago and toldme about one new crack , and I explain that we cant replace the hole square , but we can repair the crack , last ***e we replace squares becouse cracks , he didnt want to haveit repair so we did replaceit , but we dont have to replace for new tear our and replaceit again , the warraty is for year to repair the cracks not replace as every concrete contractor do if you have other coments or questions letme know , thankyou Cesar Q [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Shell Circle K violated the Illinois Law by recording my conversationI will further pursue this case and hold Shell responsible for violating the Law and intentionally deleting the recording to avoid the penaltiesI will keep the option open for using the written documents (in the court of Law) from Shell in which they have indicated that they have recorded my conversation without my knowledgeFurther more Shell Circle K is obstructing the justice and intentionally deleting the recording that was recorded illegallyThis case is not closed until my money is returned to me in fullIf Shell is not willing to pay back the $26.37, this matter will then be pursued thru legal system This is my final email and if this issue is not resolved mutually then I will not only ask for the $back but also file a lawsuit for violating the Law by illegally recording my conversation without my knowledge and intentionally deleting the records to avoid penaltiesAll the correspondence from Shell which is in writing will be used in the court.

I am rejecting this response because:I paid for a new drive way not a patched and repaired driveway. By repairing Caesar means he will clean the crack out and caulk it. He admitted to me that the cracks were caused by not having a solid base when it was poured. The warranty doesn't say repair. It states that there will be not cracks for a year.
