Del Sol Fountains

This is regarding the complaint ID referenc d above #***CListomers *** and *** *** decided to purchase a water fountain that we manufacture locallyI showed them several fountains on site in the same color concrete they ordered named AdobeThese fountains are aged in a rar1ge from
months old to close to years oldThe fountains that are made locally has air pocket holes which over fountains on site that have air pocket holes displayedPlease see the pictures attached of fountains that are on site and ALL have air pocket holes.In response for the mortar that the fountains are installed with are for safety for thecustomers and their family members so that these heavy items of concrete do not fall or injure anybodyThe customer *** was present the entire time the installers as they were mortarting fountain together at st1e did not mention anything to them on siteAccording the installers she was literally there next to them while on the phone with her husband throughout the time they were there.The mortar is a natural gray cement on the light colored co11crete called adobe.ALL the pictures I included with this letter is in adobe out of the have a gray cement mortarThey are no advertising issues here and fountain was installed properly with no manufacture defectsThe fountain was made a custom order and installed with installers on a timely mannerThe displays at the store speak for themselves and am sorry that the customer are not happy but there was never a hidden agenda at anytime if anything we have installed a heavy concrete fountain so that it is safe for the customers and their families
