Good Morning Mrs***, Thank you for your phone call yesterday afternoon asking that the recliner at issue be returned to your homeAs promised, I will adjust the head pillow so that feathers in the filling will not be so noticeableThis should take about a dayAs soon as the work is completed, Robert from our delivery department will contact you at [redacted] to make arrangements to deliver the recliner back to youAt that time I will consider this issue resolved

Dear *** ***, This email is in reply to the above mentioned complaint sent you to you by *** *** It is my position that Mrs*** no longer wants a recliner that was specially ordered for her My store policy is clear that goods specially ordered my not be returned
unless defective Mrs***’s chair is not defective. I inspected the chair personally, as did the factory representative from Klaussner/Comfort Design; and there is no stuffing coming through the seamsThe recliner is not defective I attach copies of pertinent emails to this reply and two images, from Mrs***, clearly showing only surface threads from clothing Also attached are two photos taken this morning of the same chair in my warehouse My offer to deliver this recliner locally, without charge, to a charity or address of Mrs***’s choice is still in effect It is her property and is still wrapped safely in my warehouse awaiting her instructions Please note that other than an occasional inquiry; Del-Teet has not had to reach out to the Revdex.com to settle any customer issues in many, many years This is one of the very few customers that we have not been able to satisfy, and I’m sorry to have lost a client Sincerely, Polly T*** President Del-Teet Furniture NE 10th Street Bellevue, WA voice: fax:
