I am rejecting this response because:my battery was swapped out personal property was pilfered through some stolen tow hitch broken and thrown in the back

lot for 10 days. 10 X $45 = $450 for storage. Total bill to release vehicle was $710. Vehicle was in poor condition as listed on 180 form by police officer. It had numerous miscellaneous non factory wires hanging/running throughout vehicle.Release person attempted to jump start vehicle for release and it would not start. Due to safety and Insurance reasons, only employees are allowed to work on vehicles on company property. However, we did allow Lien Holders agent into yard to see if he could assist in getting vehicle started. Review: On or about February 25,2016 my vehicle was towed by Del tow service in [redacted]. During this time I made several attempts to recover my property that was left inside at the time of tow.

I was denied. I was not allowed to retrieve any personal items or property left. This included sentimental andirreplaceable items and irreparable damage was caused due to this occurring. They refused to give any legitimate explanation for the actions that were taken. Due to the negligence and misconduct Displayed by Del tow employees,I have suffered a tremendous and non replaceable loss,including pictures and the ashes of my belated mother were upon the items that were kept our destroyed. although these things cannot be replaced, I am requesting legal assistance in this matter.Desired Settlement: I am asking that all property be returned inexact condition that or was left upon tow. Also, any damage that was caused due to the negligence and failure to release property at time of request be compensated 3x the amount of such. Otherwise, lose business licence to operate.
