Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because Dela Rama Dental is still not taking responsibility for causing the misunderstanding, which led to billing my insurance without explaining clearly prior to the appointmentTheir response listed how they apologized
in several occasions, but I never got a response from their office besides the emailI have been patiently leaving voicemails and waiting for a response before receiving that email
In regards of getting a refund with my insurance* *** from Delta Dental, told me she could not get a hold of the office after numerous phone callsShe told me she cannot proceed with the claim since there was no response from the officeTherefore she had to close the claim since it was a dead endI find it interesting how Dela Rama Dental is stating they have made contact with ***, when she told me directly she did not get a response from the office
I do not understand how this business practice is acceptableTheir definition of "free" does not make senseThey need to be upfront with their patients explaining how they will not be paying out of pocket, but their insurance will be billedThey need to be more honest and learn from this experience if they want reoccurring customers.
