We shipped exactly what the customer order (US 12/UK 11) we did not substitute I'm sorry, but we can not accept a return when an item has been worn Our policies are shown on our website

12.8px">I am the one that rung out the sale and I clearly remember the customer asking about returning another item she bought On Sale and I told her all sales are final on On Sale items (it was a shirt she bought for her father)We not only have signs in the shop, but we also verbally tell people to try items on and if they are buying the On Sale item as a gift they are taking a risk
The red jacket she bought was a UKwhich is a US10.

They have acknowledged exactly what I said they did.  I ordered a size 12 expecting to get a UK12 and they sent me a UK11.  They substituted. It is their error.  Regardless of their return policy they should either refund the purchase price or send me a size UK12 replacement pair of [redacted] rubber boots.
