We have now loose pavers, different times the paver men were to return and fix the loose pavers, guess what, they never arrivedWe will fix the loose pavers at our expense

Jason, I'm concerned about my loan with you, after first speaking with you and being told that I should qualify alone I'd sent you everything you requested and was denied the loan on 6/29/ I then had to call you to find out what was needed to proceed, I sent you those additional tax documents last week, and have been trying to phone you sinceIt has been a month now trying to obtain this loan with youI haven't applied for the loan elsewhere as I was confident that you were pursuing this loan in a timely mannerStill awaiting an answer from youLillian *** ***-***-*** ***-***-***
I finally received a phone call -- immediately -- after sending this email - but only to hear that additional cost was to be involved to obtain the loan to the amount of $ 6, of reserves for the property Why was I not informed of this when I first applied for the loan? What a let down for me, I surely thought he knew his businessTo add to the complaint - he wanted his appraiser to be paid and the appraisal to be completed prior to the loan being approved I had to cancel that appointment myself
I just completed a refinance with the Home Loan ArrangerI want to thank Jason and Sonia for the amazing job they did for meJason went above and beyond my expectationsSonia kept me informed every step of the wayThe whole process was surprisingly quick and easyJason and Sonia, Thank You so much for helping me outJeff M
