I am rejecting this response because:  Delaney Construction company made no apology for its negligence in giving my address to its sub-contractors.  It even claims that its negligence or carelessness in giving inaccurate information to its subcontractors which required me to respond to certified letters from a subcontractor that I am not the property owner should not reflect on the business practices of this construction company.  The company response makes t clear that it only NOW corrected its mistake because I filed this complaint.  I attempted to call this company but its telephone voice mail box was continually full and rejected my messages.  This is not the way to do business or respond to a valid complaint.
