I am rejecting this response because: My bank and also my insurance provided contacted [redacted] and no refund has been issued. On top of that when [redacted] received my EOB from my insurance provided before the charge was disputed there wasn't a refund issued. Not only not that I received a letter in the mail stating my family could no longer be seen there. I wanna be refunded the difference of what I was suppose to be charged and to be done with this business.
