This is Delaney's Bridal responding to the complaint that was filed against our business.*** *** and *** *** did purchase a dress from our store she had picked out a top from a dress in our catalog and we were to do the skirt
here in the store we were suppose to dye the top the same color as the skirt, but unfortunately we were unsuccessful in matching the colors we than offered that we would do the top here with the same fabric to which they both agreed to*** *** was very satisfied with her dressIt was *** who wanted to complain about it because she wanted a discountEvery time she would come in to the store she would say she was being charged to much for the dress.To all of our customers we give them the price first, it is up to them to choose if they want to pay the price.We did offer to give her a discount if we were to attach the top that we tried dying but she wanted it made instead.If she was so unsatisfied from the dress and the price she shouldn't have taken itWe complete our job and it was only fair to get paid for our work we did what we could to make *** happy and to us she was, she said she liked even better when we had re-done the top.So therefore we will not be refunding any money back to this customer
