I am currently out of the country for the holiday and will be back on ThursdayI talked to *** last week and told her that I would be out of townHer English is not the best and she can difficult to communicate with at times.The hole made by the builder for the water heater has not
changedIt is the same size that when we were finish with the jobIt must of been rubbing against the plywood beforeIf she would like us to cut it, we will gladly do so for an additional feeWe are not plumbers, and this is normally handled by them Rotten wood? We did not notice any rotten wood from the top of the roofWe had plywood on the job site and it is standard that we replace any rot if we see itI will take a look and replace with additional costs as wellWe walked the job together when complete and never said anything about scaps, any mess ect When she gave the check, I tried to shake her hand to thank her for the business, she refused to shake it...she said she doesn't "do that"! Who is unprofessional here?!! I don't know who this "expert" is? I would like to meet him at the job on Thursday at am.Or Friday after 2.Thank uEddie***
