Delano Chevrolet Buick GMC Reviews (11)

We have tried contacting this customer to resolve this issue there was no responseWe as a dealership are willing to meet her halfway we will give her gas but we will not pay for her timeAs we all know vehicles will have issues especially vehicles that are preowned with high mileage, that is what warranty is forWe also know that an oil leak does not take five mins to fixIt can take anywhere from an hour and a half to twelve hoursWe are still willing to meet her halfway by providing a complimentary gas fill up.

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12177399, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would appreciated a gas reimbursement. This could be made via mail: [redacted] ***, as I don't plan on driving to their dealership. Also, I never received a phone call by the dealership, or a voicemail.

To whom it may concern,
In response to the letter received,Upon receiving customer vehicles we do a multipoint inspection of the
vehicle wich includes inspecting for body damage, paint damage, scratches etc.We solely inspect cars to ensure that customer is fully aware of any damage before we receive or work on any vehicle. The customer has to sign the walk-around sheet before we can even process her vehicle at the time of write up..On this particular customer it looks like her vehicle already has damage and apparently she or he forgot that they were explained and damages were pointed out upon arrival. Now as far as the customer stating that we did nothing to help now that statement is untrue.we are a respectable dealership and we do honor and repair any damages incurring in our facility. Now if the customer is seeking assistance we would be glad to assist in helping them repair their vehicle
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 10, 2016/01/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Yes I did admit that my car did have damages to the left side of the the front bumper but not to the right side of the bumper.now comming from a service employees mouth came out with her clipboard and said that she couldn't say if they had caused the damage because as soon as she damage was seen on the left side, that sedano just has them put an X thru the whole bumper.which actually allows them to get away with any other damage that they might partake in.look,I'm not trying to talk down on sedano of Delano because they have been very professional, friendly, caring and I can't say nothing bad besides the little damage from our last visit.but after there response I'm very pleased with sedanos responseI apoligize to anyone that I have offended or may have got in trouble, but if this happened to you,you would want it to be fixed too.thank you Revdex.com for helping resolve my issue in a very prompt manner

The vehicle in question came in on 05/25/2017 at 9:35am with no appointment. Customers complaint was that vehicle will leak oil fluid after sitting for 2-3 hours. Vehicle was immediately pulled into the shop and our technician began to inspect the vehicle. Tech cleaned undercarriage of vehicle while...

letting the vehicle sit to see where the leak was coming form. Customer was advised 20 minutes into the waiting what was happening to her vehicle. She was also given a room with cartoons on for just her and her daughter. After about 40 minutes of the vehicle sitting the tech noticed a slight seep from the rear transmission area. The tech then verified that the seep was coming from the slip yoke propeller shaft seat behind the transmission area. Customer was then advised that it is a 3 hour repair leak. She was then given a ride to a local food restaurant and back to the dealership. Our tech then inspected the vehicle further and found blown fuse of the accessory port most likely from bad cable plugged into it. He replaced the fuse and fixed the oil leak then returning the vehicle to the service advisor. The entire repair for an oil leak and electrical concern was less than 31/2 hours. The customer did receive all the services and warranties that she was entitled to. A rental vehicle under general motors loaner program is for vehicles that are un-drivable and need to be kept overnight, GM does not issue day loaners under CPO policy. The engine oil was not topped off because there was no issue with the engine oil, the transmission fluid was topped off to the proper levels after leak was repaired. The CPO inspection was then completed. As we all know rubber seals will deteriorate after time especially on high mileage vehicles. Therefore Delano Chevrolet Buick GMC will not be willing to exchange cu omer's vehicle nor will we compensate for time or gas. Vehicles will breakdown or have other issues that's what warranty is for.
