Review: Car was repaired and does not run properly. Went to company several times with complaint. The car was hit in an accident and geico paid this company to repair car but car never ran properly. After several complaints yo this company and there failure to inspect the car, the car broke fown today. I Called the insurance company who informed me to bring the car I bsck to the company gor an inspection. Waiting to hear from company. The person ialways speak with tells me he has to speak to the boss, who is never available to speak with me.Desired Settlement: Want my car fixed. It was paid for by insurance company but they failed to properly fix car. If they cannot fix the car I wantbto take it somewhere else.

Review: I was involved in a car accident back on July [redacted].... glad and bless to be alive must said. I sustained 2 broken lower back bones in which I will be getting surgery in August .

so in this matter I explained to them over and over I need the vehicle so my family can drive me to all my medical doctors appointment since is very hard taking the train and bus due to my injuries .

I don't have money for taxi I haven't work since the accident. my insurance provider paid them the collision cost a month ago and I still don't have my car. My lawyer has contact them several times and the [redacted] I believe is hes name is also lies to my lawyer over and over about car being fix. my car just need a door and a small side panel that's all and should take the most a week or two.Desired Settlement: I want them to be honest with the customers head to head in advance. I been lie to many many times from the shop [redacted] making bogus excuses that have no fundamental explanations.

I had my lawyer reach out to them and that's the only way I managed to get my car after a month later.but the repairs ar3 not completely done they ruin and damage my car in many ways . I got surgery due to the accident on august [redacted]. I will be filing a complaint with the small claims court and take other actions as well. They took advantage of my situation and rip off my insurance and my self .the cost was almost 5 thousand dollars and my door is falling apart from the car unsafe to drive . Delavall knew what they were doing when they rip me off and damage my car more then it was after accident. Thanks for your help.

Review: Accident occured in the Bronx and charges are regulated under the Darp Program.

Shop refused to honor Darp rates and charged exhorbitant rates for tow and storage.

Below is info regarding NYC accidents and tow responses.

If you are in an accident or break down on the highway, you must use a licensed towing firm called by the police. You may not call your own tow truck. The truck summoned by the police is the only one that may respond under New York City's "Directed Accident Response Program" (DARP). But the towing firm, by law, must take your car wherever you say, within New York City. Be sure the authorization you sign specifies towing only, not repairs or other services.

Any other tow truck that appears at the accident scene is acting illegally. Advise the officer on the scene, or report such activity to your local police precinct. Make a note of the tow driver's name, license plate number, and any other identifying information

DARP towing rates

- Vehicles registered at 10,000 pounds or less, for tow to storage facility: $125

- Vehicles registered at more than 10,000 pounds: $140

- First three days of storage: $25 per day

- Fourth day of storage and after: $27 per day

Review: I had an accident April 2014, the right side of my vehicle was damaged including my headlight. This company pouched me from the scene of the accident, not to go to an authorized repair shop, due to possible damage to airbag sensor...like I was an it and didn't know cars cause I'm a woman. I didn't have rental coverage, they knew this, yet I was in a rental for five weeks and to come out of pocket for $1500, for rental alone. After waiting so long they said I didn't have to pay the deductible. (they had already gotten allot of insurance money...I read the report. In July my headlight went out. I toke it back to them since they said they had lifetime warranty on the parts. They toke out the light to look at it, replaced the bulb...it seemed to work. Five seconds later it started to smoke(I saw this with my own eyes). They said they will have to replace the whole headlight assembly, they have been giving me the run around about how cheaply they will be getting the light. This obviously sounds like there is a short in the system. They are not honest , they tell me to call back every week when I know they wont have the part, whats the point. All now I have only one light that works. Every time I call them I make sure to handle them with the utmost customer service and courtesy.Desired Settlement: A part that comes from the dealer that can be under factory warranty. Be honest with me over the phone.
