I bought a used dodge dart limited used from team nissanI test drove the car and everything worked fineThey "cleaned" the car, after cleaning it I started driving the car home, the GPS that did work when I test drove it stopped working and the steering wheel would shakeI called them the same day they didn't call me backI went back to the dealership the same day and they refused to fix the problems I was telling them aboutThey said it wasn't covered under warranty and they would not fix itAlso the break rotors are warped and the car shutters when brakeingTo me this is a safety issue and told them thisThey still refused to fix it and said take the car to dodgeThe car only has miles on it and is years oldThey have been blatantly ignorant and disrespectfulThe dealer sticker said the car has GPS and it doesn't work

My daughter who is was talked into putting a $Deposit on a carI called and spoke with Bill the sales manner several times and he said he would credit her acct, send a check several timesI never received anything and then my ex husband spoke with him and he told him that he was going to put it in the mail weeks ago & would call us back with a number to we could track itNow he will not answer the phone for neither of usIsn't it illegal to take money from a minor?
