Sales person ran my credit WITHOUT my permission or signatureSales knew I wasn't ready to have the process started till I talked with wife Went in to test drive vehicles Sales person was relentless about getting a down payment for the vehicle that dayTold him I needed to speak with my wife before any type of commitment Started filling out the loan application paperwork and he asked if I could put down grand today I told him No nothing would happen till my wife was back, he went down to 1000.00, than finally stopping @ after I repeatedly told him nothing was happening till she returned from her trip Finally I had enough and stopped filling out the paperwork and told him I was all set and walked out I found out the following day they ran my credit!! AS hard inquiry that pulled my credit # down I went in today, spoke with the sale rep and asked him very specifically if I had officially applied for a loan were he responded no I repeated and I didn't sign
