I am absolutely astounded by the lack of customer service by this companyI had accidentally made a reservation for the wrong day and immediately tried to cancelI followed the rules on the rental agreement exactly to cancel itI received no reply so I tried an email address for "***" at ***This name and email was given by the answering serviceStill No replyI waited weeksI tried calling the answering service again and all they could say was follow what the agreement says and if that doesn't work there is no other way to do it unless I show upIf I showed up it would be too late to cancel itSo I try emailing again today and got a response
I would not even give this service any starsI told him this interaction would reflect on YelpIt is no surprise when I signed on to Yelp that every review was terrible too!
