I love everything about the new Daily Times. The format is great. So much more news. Keep up the good work.

January 11, 2016I reviewed the complaint presented by the Daily Times Customer stating that she was overcharged for years, dating back to When looking at her account see checks being posted in the amount of $for a week subscription (including a check number).The Daily Times Customer states that she pays monthly, her subscription is a week subscription which means after a few months she would have accrued a balance (due to there being more than weeks in a month) and at that point either her paper would stop or she should have received a bill.I am not aware of anytime that we have charged a $penalty delivery.If The Daily Times Customer paid a delivery person and not the Daily Times, she would need to approach that individual for repayment.The Daily Times Customer would need to set up payments at her bank for every weeks, not monthly to ensure that her account is paid in full, which would allow for consistent delivery.Regards,Deborah B.Controller

February 15, Dear *** ***:I am receipt of your complaint ID# ***.The customer is looking for a refund of $for cancellation of subscription.Here are our findings:Payment was made on 10/8/for $32.50, expire date 11/10/Payment made 11/2/$expire date 12/9/
Stopped 10/7/per customer Refund of $to credit cardCustomer restarted with a telemarketing offer 12/25/billed new serviceFirst payment made on 2/4/expire date 1/22/16Second payment made on 2/4/expire date 1/22/(paying in arrears)Customer was permanently stopped on 3/19/for non-payment - balance was written off Last entry made on account was 3/19/16There is nothing to substantiate a balance due of $to the customer.Copies of all the transactionsfrom our computer system are attachedIf the customer has backup thatshowsdifferently,pleaseforward the details and we will gladly view.Please let me know if there are additional questions.Thank you,Deborah B.Delaware County Daily TimeController
