Our system is showing Mr. [redacted] using his bank card/credit card on 8/22/15. On 9/9/15 Mr. [redacted] card was refunded $12.50 in our Circpro system. I personally went one step further and checked with our credit card merchant and I show that his card was refunded back. This was done through...

Authorize.net. I have documentation of all transactions on file. The customer did sign up for our Delaware Gazette newspaper. Civitas owns many newspapers and when the customer received there statement from bank it shows Civitas instead of the newspapers name (example Delaware Gazette). I am sorry Mr. [redacted] feels he was not taken care of however our records indicate we did back on 9/9/15. Please advise Mr. [redacted] to view his statement from September/October to see if he shows a credit.Thank you,
