Review: I pawned a ring here and when returning to the store to pick it back up on my lunch break at work was told they do not except credit cards. I was given the amount of $103.58 to pay to pick the ring back up. when I returned the very next day on November 29 I was told the store was closed by the manager [redacted]. I informed him that I just needed to pick up my ring because it was the last day to do so... he said to come back on Monday and we can arrange for return of the ring that day. On Monday Dec 1, I spoke with [redacted] on the phone he said he will double check to make sure the ring wasnt foreclose. He never verfied my name and I had to ask him did he need my info to even look up the ring. I gave him my name he said, to call back at noon and when I did he said he did not have the ring. Long story short is that he knew the last day to pick up was on Nov 30th which means the ring was already gone when he told me to call back on Dec 1 knowing that we had a conversation and I was there to pick up the ring before the due date. This was bad Business because I was given wrong information from [redacted] and he also was very dishonest and,continued to brush me off..because he knew that they no longer had my ring and I was there before the due date. How could the ring be gone that quick we are talking about a matter of 1 day.Desired Settlement: Demanding to get my ring back or the cost of the ring from Zales

Review: I had purchased a 55inch Lcd Westinghouse house Television from Delaware Pawn. The television was in the layaway. I pick up the tv on Saturday and never turned in on until 4 days later. When I discovered it had no sound and the screen was broken. I contacted the pawn shop immediately and they told me there was no tho they can do. I asked for tje the owners information and they refused to give me the information. I was then threaten by the employees with a stun gun. I called the police and filed a report against the worker. All I ask was to either help me repair it or replace it of equal value. Which they still refused .The product was defective and they could not provide me with receipt and the product was never check before it was sold to me.Desired Settlement: All I am requesting is a replacement of equal value
