Here is my response to Mrs. [redacted] 's companints. Here are our email communication back and forth: Here are the emails between my company and the client. Also the invoice that I sent her said no refunds if the date of the move is changed less than 72 hours. I dropped off tape,... bubble wrap and tape wrap as well as boxes that I spent 48.00 on. The materials would be free if she went forward with the move. I never had a single complaint. To put this to rest I will give her $52.00. Here is the email and invoice of [redacted] and I communicating. I will send email containing the invoice. I would like Mrs. [redacted] to delete her comments on my Google page and Yelp. Thank you. [redacted] -- [redacted] "Nothing you do for children is ever wasted" - [redacted] -- Also here is my personal response. First of all, you changed the move date less than 72 hours before the date you scheduled. I have other clients and cannot change their move date because you suddenly wanted your move date changed without adequate notice. I offered to do the move on a different date but you declined. The boxes are not offered "free" unless we do your move, which you essentially canceled and declined the date that I offered and had available. Therefore, you were still supplied with adequate moving materials which exceeded your deposit. Lastly, if you review your invoice, it clearly states that all deposits are non-refundable if you change the scheduled date less than 72 hours before that date. As I mentioned already the supplies you were given exceeded your deposit. You cancelled less than 72 hours before the day of the move and didn't ask what days would be available but assumed that you could dictate the new date less than 24 hours before (which also happened to be Mother's Day). I had a job already scheduled and you are the one who refused the earliest available date I had. I am sorry for your frustration and that things didn't work out for you but you cancelled the job before we even had a chance to do anything so rating a company or leaving a negative review just because you are upset is not really accurate or fair considering we never did any job for you. I never had one complaint, I have over 100 former clients you can call and speak with to find out if they have or had any complaints.

Yes I made a few mistakes making your invoice The software is new to me I don't know how that is relevant Did I drop off boxes, bubble wrap and tape? You switched the moving date, not me I simply could not do your move that day it was mothers day So I will not give a refund especially since you gave a bad review, I would have worked something out But I paid for boxes and supplies which I dropped off, so you want that all free?
