partner passed away on 4/22/15. The customer called me on 12/21/15 to ask if I could stop by and take a look at it. That is the when I became aware of the problem. I told him I would see if I could order him the part and see if I could help him out. The supply company I deal with was closed for the Holiday week and called me when they returned and I ordered the part. The cost of the part was $57.00 and as a courtesy for being a past customer I had my service tech install it on 1/15/16, all at my expense. I was under no obligation to make this repair!   I spoke with the customer today and he is totally satisfied with the repair. I would hope this, in no way would effect my A+ Revdex.com rating.
