Review: Business changed outside billing company, no longer sending monthly payment/bills... without notice to I...out of sight out of mind...called number on collection statement, now they want $25 per month instead of the original agreed amount of $10. So I payed $50 over the phone with rep. on 9/2/14
The reason for the $10 original agreed upon amount being so low because IT WAS THERE FAULT TO BEGIN WITH and I was not told by the tech that they no longer took my insurance that I carried.
I regret not seeking legal counsel years ago when they screwed with my account, but thought since they were going to cooperate at $10 I too would work with.
MY MISTAKE...I hate paying for others mistakes. Please help!!!!Desired Settlement: Abide by the original agreement of $10 per month and continue to send a monthly bill of $10.
