I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] who assures me that he is working to resolve the window problems. In the meantime I sit with very expensive defective ugly store windows. There has been no resolution as yet, I have only agreed to give them more time to work on it.

This letter is in response to a complaint that was submitted to you against us in reference to a job that we had done in August 2012. The customer call us to say that she had some fogging in the units we had installed.  We contacted our sales rep from the company that they were purchased from....

The owner and our Rep did a site visit at the location. The supplier has requested a copy of the original Invoice, which I have provided to them.  I know that when dealing with warranty issues, things don't always go as fast as we would like, and as they are the ones who warranty the glass (we only warranty Labor for 1Yr), I am still waiting for them to respond.  I will continue to be in contact with the supplier to push for a resolution to this problem. I will contact Mrs. [redacted] as soon as I have confirmation from the supplier.
