My family borrowed money from them years ago at first they were kind and patient we paid every month on time then the money starts running low and we are unable to pay for a few weeks then all of a sudden they go insane start calling five to six times a day screaming and demanding payment immediately. So we finally get the money together then they want more the next day so we get that then they add another sixty dollars because they sent a tow truck for my vehicle without saying a word to me. They are horrible people. My advice to whoever reads this do not do business with these people you will be paying them for years by the way I borrowed 700 and somehow the interest brought it up to 1,300. I finally paid them off only because I won some money on a lotto ticket. I took that title and walked away they had the nerve to ask if I would like to take out another loan.

Review: I borrowed $3000 from this company. Payment was due on 8/12/14. I had half the payment but would not accept this. I explained financial situation but person was very rude, discourteous, etc. I told them I could pay on 8/27/14 but they said this was unacceptable. It was the best I could do. Payment is $541....interest til 27th made payment $714...told yesterday late fee charge 5% of amount borrowed makes a total due of $865 on 27th. ALSO MY CAR HAS BEEN FLAGGED FOR REPO. They call everyday and even left message today saying I haven't returned calls. I have called them several times indicating the payment date of27th. Not acceptable to them. I believe their main goal is to give you the money and hopefully you cannot make the payments and car is repoed. 2013 vehicle...I know they are happy to try and get this one. BUT THEY WILL NOT..Desired Settlement: Release this loan.....I know that is impossible.

Review: deceptive practices , according to the contract there is allowed 10 days for a payment to be made, due to circumstances I am unable to meet this but the 2 payments I have made within the 10 days I was charged the first was a charge of 154.70 dollars and the second was a charge of 180.47 dollars this to me is a gross gouging of a customer and I wish to be reimbursed the 335.17 I was charged because they are in violation of their own contract. thankyou for your consideration in this matterDesired Settlement: refund of overcharge and no further charging when I am paying within the 10 days allowed for payment

Review: I recently applied for a title loan 8/17/2013 do to funds for gas to get to work. Borrowed amount 300.00 amount borrowed on there paperwork is 394.00 with 796.00 interest. Company has been calling before due date of loan . This is now my 2nd payment and I've recieved messages and phone calls from this business and its just very overwhelming.Desired Settlement: I will continue to make my payments and pay all of what is owed to them as per contract and do not wish to have any further contact from this company. As per contract if all balances owed arent paid in full Im subject to loosr my vehicle. I am not allowing that to happen. So I will do what I can to make sure all funds are paid so that doesnt happen. But I do not wish to recieve any further contact from this company.
