I am rejecting this response because:AGAIN, the refund they were supposed to send, DECLINED through [redacted], from the SENDER'S BANK.  DVDJS has changed their story from me supposedly owing them $500, to only owing them $250?! I GAVE Rebecca S[redacted], the Sales and Marketing Director, as well as the owner, (Anthony) Andre F[redacted] - ALL OF MY PROOF THAT I'VE PAID THEM. $750 was DEDUCTED from MY bank to THEIR [redacted]. I WANT the $500 REFUND that DECLINED, which I DID NOT RECEIVE IF IT DECLINED - AND the OTHER $250 that all records show that I'VE PAID DVDJS.
