Review: I purchased a " voucher deal" via [redacted] for this company...So I called to make the appt due to I had an affair coming up and also inquired about additional services, which he agreed to do.This man made an appt with me but changed the appt WITHOUT notifying me and checking to see if it would be conveient. When I addressed that issue and told him that would not work for me, he HUNG THE PHONE UP & would not return my calls nor messages, which leaves me stuck with the voucher deal that I already paid forDesired Settlement: I understand that the refund should come from [redacted] but he should honor the agreed upon service @ half price, due to his rude customer service & very UNPROFESSIONAL business practices....

I found [redacted] to be demanding, argumentative and uncooperative. She also threatened that her husband works for the Revdex.com. I don't feel I will satisfy her with my work and kindly stated that she can refund her voucher with [redacted] by October 18, 2013.
