Review: I contracted with [redacted] and his company, Delaware Valley REO Services, to obtain a tenant for my rental property, collect rent, deduct his fee, and send the balance to me each month. He sent the rent the first few months then stopped sending it to me. He now owes me a copy of the rental agreement with the tenant, the security deposit of $1,250, and back rent collected and not forwarded in the amount of $2,325, for a total of $3,575.Desired Settlement: I would like a copy of the rental agreement along with payment of $3,575.
