Review: DV Spray service send me a court summons because an invoice that was overdue. We have paid on time every invoice for 2 years and the attributed a mistake on an invoice and didn't contact us about it until they sent a small claims court summons. I then call the business to ask what the exact issue is and received the rudest treatment by the accounts receivable person, [redacted] This is after I agreed to pay the interest and the court fees because it could've been an oversight on my part. In summary, I'ma loyal customer that might have missed an invoice 6 months ago and paid everyone since but received a court summons from the company with no prior notice. The tree service was average and the customer service was the worst i'v e ever experienced.
