Review: The above creditor sent notice to an incorrect address and reported this to the 3 credit bureaus as delinquent. The moment I learned about the debt I made payment arrangements with the creditor and satisfied the debt. After talking to the representative when getting into the payment arrangement I was assured that not only they understood that this was an error but that this was to be removed from my credit reports. The failure to honor this commitment resulted in a lower credit score and higher interest when applying for a home mortgage. I have disputed this and contacted the creditor with no success. Desired Settlement: The entry removed from my credit report and no longer reflecting as a negative item.
