Worst customer service EVER.....I would leave no stars if that was possible. [redacted] called us last night to fix our electrical issue, he called when he was already at the house (no prior call was made to set up an appointment). Anyway, as I'm on the phone with him and he's asking if I am home, I inform him that we are not home but that we were only five minutes away. He then begin to huff and puff and state that he has been working all day and he still has two places to go after our house. My response was apologetic and told him we would get there ASAP.
Once we arrive at the house my husband goes to his truck to ask him if he was going to come and fix the issue, he ([redacted]) yells at my husband and says "YES, I'll be right there." At this point I am a little hesitant on him fixing the issue with him being so negative, I'm not wanting a half [redacted] job, especially when it's an electrical issue. So I say to him, "If you just want to come back tomorrow when you aren't so busy that would be fine with us, I don't want you rushing through the issue just to do a subpar job." He replies with, "It sounds like you don't want me to fix the issue and that's fine I'll just leave." We go back and forth for a bit when he finally leaves and we are left with our electrical issue still not fixed.
[redacted] was very unprofessional and continued to tell me that he hasn't slept in the last 3 days and that he so busy, etc.....I'm sorry but everyone has problems and you don't vent them out to your customers. He also continuously interrupted me when I was talking to him.
I'll say it again, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
