MrW [redacted] can lieThe truth is he charged us $we did not see his website our transaction was set up through facebook messenger from an ad he put on a selling wall that actually advertised he would detail cars for $65, but when he arrived he started jacking the price up for everything we asked him to doWe never had one phone conversation so the threats are another lieI didn’t have a phone number all contact was through facebook and I’ve attached those conversationsI tried to settle this and agreed to take $of my $and he didn’t want to do thatAs far as a date and time again he kept not showing up or making excuses as to why he had to change the timeHe promised a hour guarantee and as you can tell with my attached proof he kept making empty promises to come fix the problem for days and I finally asked for my money backUpon more research about this guy I’m not the only one he has done this to, not to mention he has felonies on his record and I no longer trust him to do any work for meI agree he was there working on the vehicles for probably + hours, but it doesn’t matter how long he was there the bottom line is they were not clean and I would have had to pay someone to clean them againHis excuse of the big steroid guy doesn’t make sense either, as you can see from our conversations he never mentioned him and kept using a part for his van as the reason he was not comingThe big guy that was there works in the criminal justice system and would have never said or done anything to anyoneSo again I say I want a full refund of my $If he does not agree to that my next step is small claims court

The bottom line is *** *** paid me for the job I did and released me from it If, at that time she was not happy with the work done, then she should have not paid me, and brought it to my attention what she was unhappy with and asked me to fix it right then Let's just say if you're at McDonalds, and ordered a meal and before you left, you seen they shorted you a fry, you would then go back before you leave the property and ask for them to fix the problemShe did not have any complaints after inspecting my work before I left My resolution for this issue is to fix the few complaints she has and nothing else However I will not go back to her property alone, due to the threats I received I will have to wait until someone else can assist me Thank you

We never had one phone conversation so the threats are another lie. I didn’t have a phone number all contact was through facebook and I’ve attached those conversations. I tried to settle this and agreed to take $300 of my $450 and he didn’t want to do that. As far as a date and time again he kept not showing up or making excuses as to why he had to change the time. He promised a 48 hour guarantee and as you can tell with my attached proof he kept making empty promises to come fix the problem for 6 days and I finally asked for my money back. Upon more research about this guy I’m not the only one he has done this to, not to mention he has 2 felonies on his record and I no longer trust him to do any work for me. I agree he was there working on the vehicles for probably 7 + hours, but it doesn’t matter how long he was there the bottom line is they were not clean and I would have had to pay someone to clean them again. Hello, this is Michael W[redacted] from Delco carpet cleaning. Mrs.[redacted] is not telling the truth about the way our business transaction took place. The first lie is about the amount of money she paid me to detail the 4 vehicles, it was not $450, it was $340. My prices are on the ad she responded to....

 I was there for about 6 hours cleaning non stop in the sun at 90 degreases. I offered to come and correct the problems, which she said was the headliner and water spots on one of the trucks.  I did wax the truck, she said I didn't because  there was rubbing compound on the wheels, why would there be rubbing compound on the wheels if the truck was never waxed????? Also she was threating me over the phone on the first phone call she made after I left. I told her I would be back as soon as I could, I had to wait on a person to come with me because I wasn't going to be set up for being assulted or robed. This customer lives out in the middle of nowhere and lives with a man that looks like he injects steriods in his body for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She was sure to let me know he would be there to watch me. That doesn't sound like a safe enviroment for just myself. I gave her a date and time, and that wasn't good enough for her so she demanded a complete refund.  I am not giving her a refund for the 6+ hours of work I performed, the most I will do is clean the headliner and clean the outside of one vehicle of her choice please call me with any questions. ###-###-#### Thank you
