This is in response to the complaint from
the above Id numberFirst all when the customer notified us they were over their warranty. Everyone has a day warranty!
But we advised them to bring the refrigerator back in and we would still help them with the fridge and trade for another. The customer refused and had someone else work on the refrigerator And even after they paid another contractor to fix the appliance apparently it broke down again and they contacted us again and we went and delivered them another refrigerator.
As far as we are concerned this issue has been resolvedDeleconLLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and stand by my original statement that we were threatened - this is not something I take lightly or would accuse anyone of doing unless it actually happened. Delecon sent us a check for partial credit, subtracting for "restocking" as well as a fee for the delivery they attempted to make with the wrong items to correct the initial problem. They also back-dated the check they sent us in late February to 12/24/for some reason. Overall, this was a bad experience and we will never conduct business with them again nor will we recommend our friends and family to do so

We advise all of our customers in person and in our advertising that we are not in the office Sunday through Wednesday if they need to contact any of us we provide a cell phone number they can text or set up an appointmentIt is also posted on the company Business card which is given out on purchase and when customers come into the store to browse So this is the reason that they were not able to contact usPerhaps, if the customer would have looked at the business card or even looked us up on Craigslist they would have noted that we are not in the office on these days so the phone will just keep ringing Now this was a perfectly working washer and dryer Upon delivery the customer requested that it be left at the door and they would set it up themselves.
When the two men came to fix the washer on 7/20/ they could clearly see that the washer was pushed into a space that was very tight and they even noticed that there was damage to the wall where the washer would have been pushed in This customer is trying to say that the appliance did not work however they do not want to admit they were responsible for damaging the valve Although they asked someone who has been in appliance business for some years they did not actually see the washer nor did they see where the customer forced the appliance into a space that was not big enough to fit it
Also we do pride ourselves on good customer service so I am not sure why they came to the conclusion that someone was hollering or leaving angry messagesIf that is the impression we apologize
Now, If they would like we will kindly, replace the washer but we will not refund on their mistake

We disclose to every customer who is interested in purchasing appliances that the units are used,  Customers also know they have a warranty of 90 days.  When the initial problem occurred the problems was immediately rectified. The customer had no further problems up until  a few weeks ago so they are out of warranty. The customers are also aware that if they are within 5 miles of the shop we will come to their home and complete the service call; if they are beyond five miles they are responsible to bring the unit to the shop for repairs.   These are not new appliances they are used appliances!!!!  The customers are well aware of this. We would be more than happy to complete a service call to repair,(even when the customers is outside of the warranty date) but we will not provide a refund when the stove has been used well over the stated warranty.  
Also If they are over the five mile radius from the store they must bring the unit into the shop for repairs.
