I have given this company numerous opportunities to respond to my inquiries regarding an order I had made every attempt to cancel, but was delivered anyway(and indeed too late to be of value to me) I would like to return the merchandise for refund, but have been ignored thus far I have called both phone numbers leaving detailed messages, emailed customer service, and sent a certified letter hoping to evoke a response, all to no avail
Before I leave a scathing review warning others the risks of doing business with this company, I would like to give them one more chance, perhaps with your intervention

I ordered curtains from this company and they will not give me a return authorization to return them Their policy statement does allow for returns The shipping slip is dated 2/7/ Order No*** My customer No is *** I sent my first email to the address given by the company on February and have since sent four more emails, none of them were responded to I have also called Customer Service and they did return one call and said they had not yet received the RA No I called them again and again and finally got hold of a lady who gave me a hard time for leaving them a nasty message and she hung up on me last Friday, the 17thI have sent another email and called again and they do not pick up I hope you can help me resolve this Thank you

Ordered a bedding collection with curtains on 10/13/(431.98) It is 10/31/and have left several emails and phone messages for a live person to contact me Never received one phone call or email as to the status of my order Chat option does not exist as stated in their contact us page Now their 866-930-is disconnected, too Order information is in a perpetual state of "shipment pending dated 10/13/18" Very poor customer service Never will I purchase from this company again Very disappointed!!

Purchased United Weavers Marshfield area rug at a cost of $ The rug arrived in very poor conditions with waves throughout the entire rug I tried multiple times to reach the company and could not get through to any person Left several messages requesting a return call and never received one Based on reviews I have read since then, this is the manner in which this company operates

I placed an order online with the *** *** ***com website on September and attempted to contact the company to find out what the status of my order was two weeks later because I never received the rug I orderedThe company website was disabled and my email was returnedI paid vis *** *** and the $was taken from my bank account on the same daySince then, I have attempted to contact the company through the phone number associated with my order and the company had a pre recorded message stating that they were unable to take my call due to staff shortagesI called back several times over the past few weeks to see if they corrected their issues with staff and now the number has been disconnectedI never received the rug that I ordered but they took my moneyI am disputing the charges through *** ***, but there is no way to contact the company since both the website and phone number have been disconnectedAt this point, I’d be happy to drop the complaint, but the company h

After paying for my items ($244.76) with PayPal it took 1/weeks for my items to be shipped but only after I called them inquiring why haven't I got any or hear anything, I was told there was a glitch in there system and it wasn't showing paid for It took another week for me to get my items Once it received I was missing one decorative pillows Now after repeated calls that go to voicemail in which I have let message and email messages they (or she) refuses to respond I now have to go through PayPal to disputed the transaction and according to PayPal I have to wait another 20days to give the selling time to fix the issue So after all is said and done I will have to wait over days to get a refund for a stupid pillow I will never do business with the company again and will let everyone I can possible reachBuyer beware !!

I should have checked this company out before spending $
It's hard to purchase onlineNeedless to say, this bedding is not sufficient
I have called numerous times, wrote emails numerous times and hear NOTHING BACK!
This is a company that TAKES YOUR MONEY but won't concern themselves with the concerns of the customer
I want to return this for a refund and it looks like they don't allow this but never speaking to you again
I am in business alsoI will be sure to use my business as word of mouth to insure this company never gets another order if I can help someone else out

Review: I purchased a rug only at the advertised price with online accepted 10% online coupon only to receive a message that they sold the rug too cheap and were canceling my order unless I paid the difference.

Hi Jason,

There was a problem with our website that processed your order for the 5x8 rug at the 4x6 rug price. We would love to be able to honor this however it is way below our cost factoring in shipping at $40+. I can not personally pay the difference on all the orders that were received for this item. I was told we must cancel them. In lieu of canceling we are offering everyone the rug at our cost + shipping. The min. cost for the rug with shipping to your location is $178.00 which is $51 less than any other online advertised price and below the min. we are permitted to sell for per [redacted]'s guidelines. Please let us know if you want to pay the difference or have your order cancelled and refunded. I am very sorry for the issue!
